Immediate Implant Placement with Provisionalization: A 15 Year Analysis of 500 cases in the Esthetic Zone

The standard of care for missing posterior teeth is dental implants. Failing teeth in the

series of 500 dental implants in extraction sockets with immediate provisionals. It will
validate a microsurgical esthetic approach to failing teeth in the anterior maxillary.

Demonstrate the benefit of microscope implant surgery for immediate placement of
maxillary anterior dental implants
Present a systematic microsurgical approach to both precision osteotomy drilling and
exact provisional crown fabrication
Planning and detailed sequential treatment of socket gap bone graft placement and
labial connective tissue grafts on immediate implants
